Key Responsibilities
Facility & Office Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations In Office
  • Ensure all infrastructure such as lighting, HVAC, restrooms, and cafeteria are functioning optimally.
  • Handle utility bills, AMC renewals, waste disposal coordination, and building maintenance.
Vendor & Asset Management
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors for stationery, housekeeping supplies, PPE and printing materials.
  • Manage company assets such as furniture, electronics, stationery, uniforms, etc., and ensure inventory control.
  • Ensure timely service and repairs through third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for visitors, employees, or audit teams.
  • Maintain administrative records, gate passes, ID cards, and visitor logs.
  • Ensure all notice boards, safety signage, and statutory displays are up to date as per factory norms.
Event & Audit Support
  • Assist in organizing safety drills, health camps, townhalls, and official events.
  • Support internal audits, HR inspections, and statutory compliance visits by ensuring administrative documentation is complete and verifiable.
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between the plant floor and senior management for admin-related needs.
  • Ensure administrative policies and procedures are followed consistently by employees and contract staff.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing support staff teams is preferred.
