Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and globally-oriented International Marketing Manager to drive business growth across North America, Europe, Australia, and other key global markets.

This role demands a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can engage across time zones, build strong overseas relationships, represent the company at global exhibitions, and convert international opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Global Market Development
  • Identify and develop new markets, OEMs, distributors, and importers in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and define entry strategies for different regions.
Client & Partner Engagement
  • Handle direct communication with international customers across varying time zones—must be flexible with working hours.
  • Build strong business relationships through calls, emails, video conferences, and occasional in-person meetings.
Exhibitions & Overseas Travel
  • Represent Pradako at global trade shows such as Fastener Fair Stuttgart, Fastener Poland, Fastener Expo USA, etc.
  • Prepare product displays, catalogues, and samples; manage booths and conduct lead follow-ups post-events.
  • Maintain a record of countries visited, exhibitions attended, and expand networking continuously.
Marketing Strategy & Content
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop region-specific marketing collateral, presentations, and product pitches.
  • Align product positioning and pricing strategy with regional demand and compliance norms.
Sales Coordination & Export Interface
  • Work closely with export documentation, production, and dispatch teams to ensure order execution.
  • Provide clear customer requirements, forecast inputs, and product specification updates.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Valid Passport is mandatory. Must be comfortable with frequent international travel.
  • Previous visa history (especially Schengen, USA, UK, Australia) will be an added advantage.
  • Should be flexible with working hours to coordinate across time zones.
  • Must demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in international communication.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven record of international B2B marketing success in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and digital marketing support is preferred.
  • Find, engage, and convert global prospects into loyal customers.
