Roles & Responsibilities
Key Account Management (OEM Sales)
  • Lead strategic sales growth across North India by identifying high-potential OEMs, analyzing competitor activity, and aligning product offerings with customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical support teams to deliver customized solutions and integrate new programs seamlessly.
  • Present clear and compelling value propositions that reflect Pradako’s capabilities in precision fasteners, advanced coatings, and engineered assemblies.
  • Own the sales cycle—RFQ to negotiation to order finalization—with an emphasis on technical and commercial balance.
  • Facilitate customer trials, validation procedures, and product approvals while ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards.
  • Maintain strong program-level visibility by coordinating closely with planning, production, and logistics teams for on-time execution and delivery.
  • Foster deep, enduring customer relationships at all levels—from engineering to procurement and top management.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely payments, seamless order flow, and efficient warehouse coordination.
Aftermarket Sales & Channel Development
  • Strengthen and expand our aftermarket network by onboarding and managing financially sound dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive market penetration by mapping regional potential and aligning sales strategies to maximize reach, revenue, and performance.
  • Develop training, engagement, and performance improvement programs for channel partners to boost efficiency and achieve sales targets.
  • Revitalize underperforming territories with structured interventions and tailored channel support.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously realign territory and partner strategies for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with zonal and regional teams for market feedback, pricing intelligence, and continuous strategic alignment.
  • Ensure alignment of channel performance with Pradako’s long-term brand and business objectives.
